URBAN DESIGN, ARCHITECTURE, COMMUNITY REGENERATION, ECONOMICS

A visual description of Oakland

In her presentation at YBCA100 2019, June Grant demonstrates the studio's perspective that In-Law Units are a sustainable means to economic and social conservation of endangered communities.

Architecture is about people. At blinkLAB we investigate the transformative potential of space, through Design, Advocacy + Technology. Our belief is that it is the very wall that reflects our socio-cultural values about the future.

Our focus is spatial transform through design, urban advocacy and technology exploration.  Because we are designers committed to new forms of knowledge through making, we prefer to situate ourself in the middle of catalytic design - where new challenges and emerging opportunities are addressed through integrated-thinking and design.
